5 wines for tasting — what changes between the levels is what’s in the glass: Superiore takes it up a level, while Prestige opens the great bottles.

• Snacks (+15€): selections from our Pantry — cheeses, cured meats, olives.
• Tasting Menu (+40€): selections from the Pantry and shared dishes from the Kitchen.
