Refund Information
Prepaid tastings can be canceled with a full refund up to 48 hours before the booked time (email or phone +39 376 203 5395). Instead of a refund, you can always move the date, free of charge, within the same deadline.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance and no-shows are non-refundable, to protect the preparation work and the bottles set aside for the tasting.
If we are the ones who cancel (force majeure or minimum number of participants not reached), we will refund 100% or offer a new date, whichever you prefer.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash; they do not expire and can always be used for tastings.
