5 wines for tasting — what changes between the levels is what's in the glass: the Superiore level offers an upgrade, while Prestige opens up the important bottles.

• Small Bites (+15€): samples from our Pantry — cheeses, cured meats, olives.
• Tasting Menu (+40€): samples from the Pantry and shared dishes from the Kitchen.
